fuck this company, didn't pay the salary for the employees..that JOESEPH BECKER is a mother fucker..he has son and daughter, he never thought of it!!, may he goes to hell...
I was also one of the agents in this outsourcing center (BTS ). This is the first BPO company that I onced had tried to be a call center agent. I really missed the guys in the batch where I belong, they're the one's who encourage me to learn computer keyboarding, what they didn't know is I am only using a wooden keyboard mimicked as a cptr keyboard because at that time i cannot afford to buy a real one, the pay that I receive from my work as a carpenter in the imperial tower condominium is just enough for my food and the room I rented.(below minimum salary, no SSS, no PhilHealth.
During the screening of applicants i passed the mocked calls then I got in for a start but the performance of my actual calls is not as good as the others are, same problem; pronunciation then i lost my job. Life is quiet really difficult, but for me there is always a wider room to learn and improve. No matter what field it may be. Que Sera Sera!!!. Please help me connect to the other agents who once had worked there, I missed them very much! Thank you.
