We are expanding our sales force and need the best in Cebu!!! Are you AMBITIOUS, PROFESSIONAL and READY to SUCCEED!!!

Our CEO, and a busy Entrepreneur, is looking for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to assist him whilst running our fast expanding BPO company and his other business interests!

Ideally you will be in your Mid-20's, Female, and have the following professional traits:

• Graduate of Mass Comm's or Business Admin from a reputable school
• Minimum of ONE YEAR experience in a similar Role
• Pleasing Personality, Reliable, Mature
• Trustworthy and Loyal Demeanor
• Exceptional Organization and Planning Skills
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication Skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Extremely Internet Savvy (Research, Social Networking, Blogging, etc.)
• Possesses a High tolerance for Pressure and Deadlines
• Schedule Flexibility – Days & Nights (No Weekend work!)

Your daily duties will change from time to time, but will be focused around the following tasks:

• Handling business and personal errands
• Screening telephone calls and handling inquiries
• Managing the CEO's Calendar
• Making Travel Arrangements
• Screening and replying to email
• Meeting Minute Taking & Transcription
• Taking care of Project Work, such as Research or Writing Reports
• Other related tasks, both online and offline
