Currently we are looking for:
SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
- Is responsible for liaising with government agencies and other institutions to facilitate the processing and transfer of ownership of properties from Aboitizland to Vecinos.
- The position is also responsible for facilitating the issuance of Tax Declarations and other government clearances and for facilitating the processing of loans and other financing schemes for sales transactions
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any four-year course
- One - year experience in conveyance and transfer of ownership of Titles and Tax Declarations
- Has records management skills
