CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE(2)
- Is responsible for managing every account from the reservation period, documentation of investment, monitoring of investment update, up to the turnover of property ensuring that all processes have been followed in delivering the ultimate real estate experience to every vecino.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- With at least 1 year experience in the delivery of customer service
- Ability to communicate well - both oral and written
- Effective planning and has knowledge of pro-active Customer Service
