Our Australian company client that specializes in building great websites for Australian businesses is looking for the following positions:
TEAM MANAGER
Qualifications:
• A graduate of any 4 year course, post-graduate degree is a strong advantage
• Min of 2 Years Call / Business Process Center experience in a supervisory / management role in Inbound Production / Operations/data processing
• Above average computer skills particularly with Internet Explorer, Firefox , Safari and MS Office
• Strong interest and understanding of the internet
• Currently working as a Team Manager /Assistant Manager with ability to lead a Team
• Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to make fast judgments and decisions.
• Comfortable making independent decisions in day-to-day.
• Must be able to professionally interface with clients and internal staff
• Able to influence the actions and opinions of others in a desired direction
• Focused & result driven
• Must have strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Experience in monitoring work flow to ensure timely completion of work
