Description
• Orient new hires on the payroll, statutory & company benefits policies and procedures
• Ensure that payroll, statutory & company benefits requirements of new hires are complete and updated
• Handles efficient processing of all statutory & company benefits availment
• Handles off boarding process
• Escalate matters on a timely basis and provide suggestions to address issues.
• Coordinate with payroll bank, local HMO provider, and other third-party vendors
• Establish & coordinate effective relationship with government & statutory agencies to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate and meet with the Recruiters and HR Business Partners regarding payroll, company benefits or statutory concerns.
• Recommend ways to continuously improve the payroll, company & statutory benefits process.
• Handles escalated cases in a timely and accurate and effective manner.
• Prepare metrics on Payroll, Company & Statutory Benefits transactions
• Assist with HRSD-related work as required

Qualifications
• Based in CEBU
• Degree in Business Management, HR, or allied fields
• 3-5 years experience in handling payroll, company and statutory benefits including HMO
• Experience in call center HR Operations an advantage
• Proficient in using Excel (Microsoft Office)
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, detail oriented, results-oriented, pro-active
• Demonstrate high initiative to deliver quality output
• Can work with minimal guidance and supervision
• Willing to work midshift/night shift as needed
• Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
