We are currently in need of:
HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS / TRAINING STAFF
Qualifications:
- Female; between 25-35 years old
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, BS Industrial Engineering or other courses with equivalent experience
- With at least one year experience in conducting corporate training gained from a manufacturing company
- Possesses above average scholastic records, good communication skills and with pleasant disposition
- Must be People/Service and Results-oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in basic computer operations and has good presentation skills and knowledge in creating training modules
- Must possess skills in planning and implementation of company events/ employee relations activities and community outreach programs
